Use the same technique: roll vertically then horizontally 6 times with moderate pressure, lifting between passes.

Consult your physician before use if you have a diagnosed skin condition, active acne, eczema, psoriasis, or rosacea. Do not use on broken, irritated, or sunburned skin. For most men with normal to mildly sensitive skin, the roller is well-tolerated when used as directed.

Clean the roller before and after every use. Rinse with warm water and allow to air dry completely before storing. Do not share your derma roller. Replace it when the needles show signs of wear or bending, typically every 3 to 6 months depending on frequency of use.
